Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout (in EUR, tax-exclusive; VAT is added at checkout where it applies). The price shown at checkout is always the canonical one. Starter - the entry plan; a single hosted mailbox on a Sairaph domain. Agent - more mailboxes and a higher outbound allowance. Entrepreneur - more mailboxes and a higher outbound allowance again. What does each plan include?

The exact per-tier numbers (hosted mailbox count, per-mailbox storage, monthly outbound allowance, API rate limit, and message-body cache retention) are listed on the pricing page (mail.sairaph.com/pricing), which is the canonical, always-current source. In outline: Hosted mailboxes on every paid plan are on an included Sairaph domain (sairaph.email, sai.email, or sent.ac) by default, ready immediately. The domain credit below is only for an optional custom domain. Starter - the entry plan: a single hosted mailbox on a Sairaph brand domain with storage, a monthly outbound allowance, an API rate limit, and tier-capped message-body cache retention. Connect a small number of external mailboxes (Gmail, Google Workspace, Yahoo) with an app password you generate at your provider; their sending and receiving use your provider's limits. Brand domains only (no included custom domain). Agent - more hosted mailboxes, a higher outbound allowance, a higher API rate limit, tier-capped message-body cache retention, and 1 included domain (first-year credit). Entrepreneur - more hosted mailboxes, a higher outbound allowance, a higher API rate limit, longer cache retention, and 1 included domain (first-year credit). Swarm - the highest mailbox and outbound limits, the highest API rate limit, the longest cache retention, and 1 included domain (first-year credit). Swarm meters outbound above its allowance at a per-message rate (shown on the pricing page) rather than pausing.

What is the outbound cap, and what happens if I hit it?

Accepted Answer

Each paid plan has a monthly outbound email cap (the exact figure per tier is on the pricing page). We email you at about 80% of your cap. On Swarm, messages above the cap are metered and billed per extra message at the rate shown on the pricing page. On the Starter, Agent, and Entrepreneur plans, sending pauses when you reach the cap and resumes when your billing period resets. The counter resets at the start of each billing period. External mailboxes send through your provider and do not count against this cap.

How much storage do I get?

Every hosted mailbox includes a fixed storage quota; the amount depends on your plan. The exact figure is on the pricing page.

What is the API request rate limit?

Accepted Answer

API keys are rate-limited per minute, with the limit rising by plan; the per-tier figure is on the pricing page. This is separate from the monthly outbound cap. See the API & MCP FAQ.

How many domains can I have?

Accepted Answer

Starter is brand-domain only: its mailbox lives on a Sairaph domain and it does not include or add a custom domain. Plans from Agent up include one domain (a first-domain credit) and can register or connect more. See the Domains FAQ for how the "Included" vs "+€X" pricing and renewals work.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

Change your plan from billing settings in the dashboard. Changes are prorated immediately; the new tier's limits apply from your next renewal. See the Billing FAQ.
